The museum houses several galleries - each of which is apread out in different floors. The introductory gallery in the ground floor displays the life of Rammohun, his residence and family genealogy
The first floor has several galleries gallery including his residence, his social and religious reforms, the fight against the practice of Sati, his travel to England and his final days.
The third floor gallery houses the images of Rammohun's Contemporaries and Adversaries.

The ground floor gallery and hall contains the images and phgotographs depicting the ancestral house of Rammohun in Radhanagore and the various aspects of his work. It also includes the portraits of his son and other family members.

Rammohun's magnetic persoanlity and his zeal for social and religious reforms drew forward the educated and like minded intelligentia of Calcutta. Some of them were his well wsihers and were staunch supporters of his reform activities. But there were some others from the orthodox part of the society who were completely opposed to his ideas.
